Asian Voices in International Strategic Studies (AVISS) is an independent forum dedicated to amplifying Asian perspectives in global strategic debates. Too often, international discourse is dominated by Western narratives; AVISS seeks to bring balance by highlighting the insights, priorities, and experiences of Asia.
We focus on research and analysis in geopolitics, diplomacy, foreign policy, and regional dynamics across South Asia, East Asia, and the Indo-Pacific. Our goal is to provide clear, policy-relevant knowledge that bridges academia and policymaking while addressing the most pressing strategic challenges of today.
AVISS serves as both a publishing platform and a space for dialogue. We regularly feature opinion editorials, essays, policy briefs, and research papers, alongside events such as seminars, workshops, and conferences.
